Contract Title: Implementation of Job Evaluation Framework – Workstreams 4 and 5

Contract Purpose: To provide consulting services for the implementation of Workstream 4 – Policy and Document Review, and Workstream 5 – Performance Management System, including the review and update of HR policies and procedures, recommendations for changes to CBAs and CECC, the design of a unified public service-wide performance management system, HRMIS integration requirements, pilot testing, training, and best practice guidance materials.

Contract Value: $194,995.00

Contract Term: 2 March 2026 to 5 June 2026
