The Health Insurance Department seeks qualified Tenders to this request for the outsourcing of its Overseas Care and Cost Management.  Tenders are invited from individuals or companies who are fully experienced and qualified in administering Care and Cost Management through electronic receipt and processing, who will also provide the Health Insurance Department (HID), Government Employees Health Insurance Department (GEHI) and (Lady Cubitt Compassionate Association (LCCA) with a consolidated cost effective solution for a comprehensive program as outlined within the Request for Proposal
