PURSUANT TO SECTION 210

WHEREAS:

1. The Registrar of Companies has reason to believe that the LLCs specified in the Schedule hereto are not carrying on business or are not in operation.

2. The Registrar of Companies published a Notice dated 2^nd January 2026 to the effect that at the expiration of three months from the date of publication of the Notice on 2^nd January 2026 the LLCs would, unless there was cause shown to the contrary, be dissolved.

3. Having been shown no cause to the contrary by the LLCs listed below within the period of three months of the Notice published on 2^nd January 2026, the Registrar of Companies by virtue of the powers vested in him under section 210(5) of the Limited Liability Company Act has struck the names of the following LLCs off the Register.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the said striking off and consequently with effect from the date of publication of this Notice, the LLCs specified in the Schedule SHALL STAND DISSOLVED.
